Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager throughout various stages of construction. Your contributions will ensure the smooth execution of projects and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on all construction phases.
  • Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) for necessary approvals.
  • Thoroughly review subcontract documents relevant to your responsibilities.
  • Communicate significant project developments, including successes, challenges, and client interactions.
  • Engage with clients to provide project updates, secure approvals, and manage change orders effectively.
  • Document project changes meticulously and maintain comprehensive project records.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations in all work activities.
  • Monitor project expenditures to maintain budgetary constraints.
