Overview

MSA Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our coastal and waterfront infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Project planning, scoping, budgeting, and quality control
  • Preparing proposals, budgets, and working closely with clients to win new work
  • Client relations, including meetings with existing and new clients
  • Design of coastal and waterfront infrastructure projects
  • Preparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
  • 5 or more years of experience in coastal and waterfront infrastructure, client management, and project management required
  • Professional Engineer license required
  • Regulatory and compliance experience required
  • Prior experience in consulting preferred
  • Possible experience with funding and grants preferred
