Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, including guest experience, security, sales, and record-keeping protocols
  • Work closely with Legends Global Merchandise and partners to deliver exceptional events
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years relevant industry experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Proven operational experience in high-volume environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS ticketing systems
