Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter to join our team. As a Sales Lead Generator, you will work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores, speaking with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings. Your goal will be to generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up, with one of our industry experts taking over from there.

Responsibilities:

* Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
* Generate leads for in-home consultations or sell home performance tune-ups
* Collaborate with our industry experts to provide top-notch service
* Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business

What We Offer:

* Competitive starting salary of $17/hour + bonus and uncapped commission
* Earnings potential of $25/hour or more
