About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at ByHeart, an infant nutrition company dedicated to delivering real innovation. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety.

Job Summary:

  • Perform chemical and physical analysis on raw materials and finished products according to laboratory procedures.
  • Record all product analyses accurately and maintain detailed records of test results.
  • Communicate critical information regarding analysis, procedures, and test results effectively.
  • Clean and maintain all equipment and materials used in the laboratory.
  • Follow laboratory and plant GMP and safety procedures according to company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely testing of products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement laboratory procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in laboratory operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a laboratory environment, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with GMP regulations and laboratory procedures.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
