Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

This role involves supporting the site quality system, including supplier quality management, consumer complaints, document control, process control, and general quality losses. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will take ownership of your area of work while ensuring the safety of yourself and colleagues producing high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in internal investigations and root cause analyses for quality compliance incidents, including quality of incoming materials, consumer & customer complaints, out-of-specification results, internal audits, and factory/GMP issues.
- Lead continuous improvement of the quality system and product quality through data analysis and trend evaluation using statistical analysis.
- Act as a quality resource for AM and PM pillar deployment.
- Manage and support day-to-day quality-related activities, including reporting and trending of incidents, non-conforming product, and consumer complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-related field, preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant Food Safety and Regulatory requirements.
- Working knowledge of statistics, root cause analysis, and corrective action process.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Engineering/Biology/Quality or other relevant sciences (required).
- HACCP certification (preferred).
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
