Job Description: Quality Control Analyst for AI Models

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Analyst to join our team in Portland, Oregon. As a Quality Control Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of AI models, specifically for the Hindi language as spoken in India.

In this position, you will review real-world data to identify the highest quality sets that will help train future AI models. This means that your work will directly improve the experience for end-users worldwide.

You will be working on-site in our Portland testing lab and will be required to have a 4-year university degree in computational linguistics, digital marketing, information technologies, or equivalent work experience. Additionally, you must have linguistic competency in Hindi equal to CEFR C2 and English equal to CEFR C1.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate real-world data to identify high-quality sets for training AI models.
  • Develop and maintain QA processes and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $73,600 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and a starting rate of $19/hour. In addition to the salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, health savings account, voluntary life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan.
