Job Summary:
We are looking for a High-Performing Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth. As a High-Performing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team from scratch, implementing a sales process, and holding the team accountable for achieving company goals and KPIs.

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and implement a sales strategy that drives growth and expansion into new territories. You will also establish a scalable sales approach and provide coaching and training to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

About the Role:
* Recruit, hire, train, and manage a new outbound sales team
* Implement consistent coaching, including daily huddles, weekly one-on-ones, and shadowing on sales calls
* Develop and implement a sales process with clear scripts, steps, and data tracking
* Hold the team accountable for achieving company goals and KPIs
* Establish a scalable sales approach to expand into new territories and drive growth

Requirements:
* Experience in outbound sales, preferably in disaster recovery or property damage claims
* Proven success in building and managing outbound sales teams
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Coachable and committed to continuous learning and improvement
* Experience with CRM systems, with HubSpot knowledge being a plus
* A clean driving record is required

* $175k-$250k on-target earnings (OTE)
