Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at APR Consulting, Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data on client behavior, and provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or students with severe behavioral issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client behavior and progress towards goals
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD and/or students with severe behavioral issues
  • Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
  • Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors
  • Assist with the management of challenging behaviors and crisis situations
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • ABA experience preferred
  • Must hold BACB RBT certification or a WA Certified Behavioral Tech Credential (WA CBT)
