Sales Role OverviewWe are looking to expand our sales team in the Midwest and are in search of a dynamic and driven Sales Professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience. While familiarity with construction products and power tools is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate strategic sales initiatives for key dealers within the designated territory
- Support Territory Managers with order processing, presentations, and administrative duties
- Guide and mentor Territory Managers on effective practices and customer engagement strategies
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors and participate in conference calls
- Assist Regional Managers in developing programs, sales tactics, and managing trade shows
- Travel to engage with customers and develop Territory Managers
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills with corporate personnel, sales teams, and clients
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
