Job Description
This position requires handling incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries regarding client accounts. You will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient responses to client inquiries, meeting key department performance metrics, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming phone calls from clients regarding service inquiries related to Client accounts.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and efficient responses to inquiries on Cash Management products and services, as well as Client Online and Mobile app usage.
  • Address general account or financial-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed department performance metrics in terms of response time, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients.
  • Contribute effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Multi-task and adjust quickly to changes in the work environment and service requests.
  • Escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all client interactions are in compliance with Client's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer support or account representative role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using customer support tools, online platforms, and mobile apps.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
