Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Spire Orthopedic Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff during surgical procedures, as well as setting up and maintaining equipment, and ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff during surgical procedures
  • Set up and maintain equipment, including sterilizing and disinfecting
  • Maintain aseptic technique and ensure all necessary instruments and supplies are available
  • Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and transfer
  • Monitor and report any issues or concerns to the surgical team
Requirements
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
  • 1-3 years of experience in a hospital or surgical center
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
