We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at First Watch Restaurants. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
- Exhibit a professional attitude and presentation at all times.
- Know the menu, including ingredients and prices, to make informed recommendations to guests.
- Take orders for food and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation.
- Perform all table service functions, including serving food and beverages.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
