About the Role

The Technical Product Manager - Polaris Program is a key contributor to the modernization of the Enterprise Investment Product (EIP) application. This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of new technical products, defining and analyzing technical markets, and developing detailed product features and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides technical product management services on a product, applying functional technical expertise to improve product results.
  • Participates in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.
  • Coaches technical product teams towards standard processes and takeaways.
  • Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
  • Partners with collaborators to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner.
  • Leads the planning, development, and implementation of a new technical product.
  • Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
  • Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum of three years related work experience.
  • Two years of managing a project preferred.
  • Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
  • Experience with developing product strategy, roadmap, and leading product backlog prioritization.
  • Proven ability to influence strategy for one or more agile teams.
  • Understanding of how to measure product health with OKRs and engaging with product stakeholders.
