About the Role

Lyle Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Pain Management team in Wilmington, NC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive pain management services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Pain Management Services: You will work closely with our physicians to provide pain management services, focusing on back, spine, and neck conditions.
  • Assist with Patient Care: You will assist with patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-ups, ensuring a cohesive and patient-centered approach.
  • Perform Pain Management Procedures: You will perform pain management procedures such as injections and minor interventions as needed, under the supervision of our physicians.
  • Communicate with Patients: You will communicate effectively with patients to manage chronic pain, provide patient education, and address questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive and patient-centered approach.
Requirements
  • License and Certification: You must be a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of North Carolina.
  • Experience: You must have experience in pain management, orthopedics, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in pain management.
  • Skills: You must have strong clinical skills, including experience in performing procedures and injections, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
