Requirements:

  • A working knowledge of computers, including MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and problem-solve.
  • Must pass a State of Georgia criminal background check.
  • Prefer a minimum of one year or more experience in customer service, either paid or volunteer.
  • High degree of human relation skills, including effective communication and conflict resolution.
