The Boat and ATV Sales Consultant performs various selling and customer service activities to assist boat and ATV customers in making informed buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
- Meet with potential customers to determine their boating and ATV needs.
- Provide information necessary to allow customers to make informed buying decisions.
- Maintain current product knowledge and stay up-to-date on advertised items, pricing structures, and promotions.
- Work cooperatively with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and personal information.
- Prepare the showroom each morning to ensure proper signage and product presentation.
- Generate and manage leads and prospects in the CRM tool.
- Participate in special events and accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
- Meet and exceed individual monthly sales goals.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Ability to calculate figures, communicate effectively, and establish working relationships.
- Ability to operate computer systems and Point of Sale registers.
- Discounts on retail merchandise, restaurants, and conservation attractions.
