The Boat and ATV Sales Consultant performs various selling and customer service activities to assist boat and ATV customers in making informed buying decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet with potential customers to determine their boating and ATV needs.
  • Provide information necessary to allow customers to make informed buying decisions.
  • Maintain current product knowledge and stay up-to-date on advertised items, pricing structures, and promotions.
  • Work cooperatively with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and personal information.
  • Prepare the showroom each morning to ensure proper signage and product presentation.
  • Generate and manage leads and prospects in the CRM tool.
  • Participate in special events and accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly sales goals.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures, communicate effectively, and establish working relationships.
  • Ability to operate computer systems and Point of Sale registers.
