Job Overview

Position Title: Preschool Teacher Assistant

Role Summary:

The Preschool Teacher Assistant is integral to fostering a productive learning environment. This role involves collaborating with educators to design and execute safe, enriching, and high-quality educational experiences for children aged 3 to 5 years, in partnership with their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
  • Facilitate communication with families to enhance children's educational experiences.

Compensation Structure:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent with relevant experience - $17.48/hour
  • Preschool CDA or Level II Credential - $19.18/hour
  • Colorado Director Qualification/PDIS Level 3 Credential - $20.15/hour
  • Colorado Director Qualification/PDIS Level 3 with 12 ECE credit hours - $21.15/hour
  • Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or Related Field - $22.20/hour (AA + 24 credit hours in ECE)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children from birth to age five.
