Alternate Perspectives, Inc. is seeking a skilled Enrollment Development Specialist to join our team at one of our operated Job Corps Centers.

Description of Duties
This role involves conducting outreach activities, including public speaking, to recruit and screen young people (16-24 years old) for enrollment in our program. You will also develop community partnerships and assist with retention efforts to achieve outreach commitment goals. Some key responsibilities include:
  1. Conducting prospecting, processing, and enrolling students to meet monthly goals.
  2. Assessing, verifying, and documenting applicant eligibility and suitability for the program.
  3. Reviewing and auditing assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or Associate degree and two years' experience in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a closely related field. Experience working with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency are essential. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is also required.
