We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Clinical Leader to join our team at Resources for Human Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical support and leadership to staff and participants in our mental health services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, and a valid Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW, LISW). You will have at least 5 years of experience working with individuals with mental health issues, developmental disabilities, drug and/or alcohol addiction, or homeless populations.

As a seasoned leader, you will have 3 years of experience managing a diverse team of clinicians and medical staff. Your expertise will enable you to develop, implement, and monitor programmatic systems, ensuring high-quality care and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and evaluation of staff, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) oversight and approval of notes as rendering provider for billing when needed.
  • Implement and maintain program policy and procedures, and continuous quality improvement measures.
  • Monitor and maintain program or department budget.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and document treatment and services for program participants, groups, and individuals.
  • Maintain caseload of clients as required by the Program or Program Director, including organizing input from therapists, case managers, funders assigned advocates, program specialists, behavior specialists, direct support staff, program management, medical assessments, psychological assessments, and other input into a treatment plan with measurable goals, objectives, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum Master's Degree required in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW, LISW) as required by state or local regulations.
  • At least 5 years' experience working with individuals with Mental Health issues, Developmental Disabilities, Drug and/or Alcohol Addiction, or Homeless populations.
  • 3 years of experience managing a diverse team of clinicians and medical staff.
Working Conditions

This position is set in an office environment. While performing the duties of the job, employees are frequently required to stand, walk, lift, and reach.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $64,750.96 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of the position.
