Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist Specialist to join our team at Resources For Human Development. As a Clinician, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing individualized behavioral/therapeutic treatment plans for program participants.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced clinician to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. You will provide direct clinical care services through individual counseling sessions, community interactions, and support network communication.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using validated screening tools to identify depression, trauma, substance use, and risk/needs associated with criminal behavior.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and objectives for each client on your caseload.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, trauma-informed clinical services from a values-based perspective.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on quality improvement initiatives and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in crisis intervention planning and response from a trauma-informed perspective.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Social Work).
  • Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW, LISW) with a minimum of two years' experience.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
