RHD is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals struggling with addiction.

About the Role

This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their recovery goals. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Supervision: Provide direct supervision to CACs, ensuring they deliver exceptional care and adhere to best practices.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement evidence-based programs, promoting innovative approaches to addiction recovery.
  • Community Engagement: Foster partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies to enhance services and expand our reach.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, focusing on client outcomes, staff satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
  • Certification: Current CAC certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a CAC, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and developing programs.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
