As a Sales Associate at CoStar Realty Information, Inc., you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team of sales professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, value-added support, and exceptional customer service
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking events
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials that showcase CoStar's value proposition
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure continued relevance and competitiveness in the marketplace

Requirements:
+ 2+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the multifamily industry
+ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment
+ Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data, build out reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance metrics
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a variety of audiences
