Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Marriott Indianapolis East. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and driving revenue growth.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and additional compensation. In addition to our competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.

Responsibilities

The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional guest service and responding to guest inquiries
  • Managing front desk staff, training, and development
  • Coordinating room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Ensuring seamless front office operations and driving revenue growth
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems
