Job Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated individual to become a part of our team at Monaco Ford as a Vehicle Lot Coordinator. The Vehicle Lot Coordinator will undertake various responsibilities related to the upkeep, organization, and visual appeal of the dealership's lot. This position demands a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and the capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. The role is essential in maintaining the overall aesthetic and customer satisfaction at Monaco Ford.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time hourly role with a starting wage of $17 per hour, in addition to overtime, with weekly payments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the visual appeal of the inventory by relocating vehicles as instructed by sales managers and in line with dealership display standards.
  • Maintain vehicle functionality, which may involve minor cleaning of both the interior and exterior, replenishing fluids, or replacing batteries as necessary.
  • Examine vehicles for any damage and document/report findings appropriately.
  • Work in conjunction with sales and service departments to facilitate a seamless workflow.
  • Transport vehicles to the service lane, service stalls, or other designated areas of the dealership lot as required, including local off-site lots.
  • Install buyer guides and stock tags on vehicles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
  • Physical capability to walk and stand for several hours daily.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
