  • Take proactive steps to continuously improve our operations.
Resource Optimization
  • Streamline processes and utilize technology to enhance productivity.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and make data-driven decisions to ensure the department's financial health.
Strategic Planning
  • Drive the strategic goals of the organization by planning, monitoring, and assessing our patient care operations.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, ensuring that we meet our objectives effectively.
Change Management
  • Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring that new strategies, technologies, and processes are successfully adopted by the team.
  • Minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in patient care operations, call center management, or financial counseling management.
  • Skills & Abilities: Strong decision-making and analytical skills, excellent customer service and consultative skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio, experience in strategic planning, business process improvement, and change management.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is expected to be between $80,000 - $95,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
