Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service by answering incoming calls and addressing client inquiries related to our extensive product catalog.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • System Utilization: Utilize company systems and tools to track and manage client interactions and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center environment, especially dealing with a large catalog of products, is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused attitude.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
