Key Responsibilities:


To support our growing team, we are seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to join the ONE Media Lab team.


This employee will be working on site in our Hunt Valley office, in the One Media Lab.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate business development activities
  • Schedule and arrange technology demonstrations with the Business Development team
  • Coordinate personnel, equipment, and other resources required for customer demonstrations and other business development activities
  • Monitor and report progress
  • Prepare to host in-house demonstrations and technical meetings related to business development
  • Manage all trade show participation
  • Interface with show coordinators for booth space, layout, and design
  • Interface with Marketing on messaging, speaking engagements, and collateral
  • Coordinate personnel, equipment, and other resources required for participation
  • Manage data repository
  • Create and manage a repository for all ONE Media technical media and data including presentations, videos, white papers, specifications, etc.
  • Manage equipment inventory
  • Create and maintain an electronic inventory management to track all lab, engineering, and test equipment
  • Manage equipment upgrades and support agreements
  • Website management
  • Manage and keep fresh the ONE Media website with current relevant information, videos, links, etc.
  • Create and maintain a partner portal to provide access to commonly requested resources by vendor partners
  • Media creation
  • Develop and/or polish presentations in support of ONE Media initiatives
  • Create multimedia video presentations
  • Write and/or polish white papers and other technical presentations and make ready for publication
  • Coordinate webinar participation
  • Vendor visits and meetings
  • Coordinate on-site meetings with vendors
  • Coordinate interop meetings with vendors including all logistics and hosting amenities
  • Operational Support
  • Provide support and manage purchase orders through fulfillment
  • Track shipments both in-bound and out-bound
  • Coordinate personnel travel when needed

Required Skills:



  • An associate degree or equivalent experience
  • A strong communicator
  • Positive approach to team and clients
  • PC and Mac literate, including good experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proactive with independent working skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve required targets
  • Experience with Agile
  • Very strong writing skills

  • Experience with broadcasting and media industries
  • Experience with social media and web publications

Compensation:


The hourly compensation range for this role is $23.08 to $28.85.


Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
