Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of complex manufacturing equipment.
- Control and adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor production levels, downtime, and waste to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Support the installation and removal of equipment, and perform corrective maintenance as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of quality, safety, and maintenance records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Relevant fields include electrical/electronics, electromechanical, mechanical engineering, industrial programming, and related fields.
- Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical skills, with ability to analyze and repair complex equipment.
- Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics, and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Troubleshooting experience with industrial control systems, PLC operations, and robotics.
- Knowledge of mechanical design, SAP maintenance module, and computerized systems.
- Basic skills in use of mill, lathe, welding, and bearing press.
