Job Summary

TRISTAR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to support our government customer in Port Hueneme, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the requirements of a complex matrix organization, driving the development of IT tools that can be leveraged across organizational boundaries.
  • Operate and maintain current Navy standard / Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) applications and infrastructure, ensuring continuous visibility into emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with DoD Cybersecurity Authorization & Accreditation processes and tools (to include RMF and eMASS).
  • Minimum of five years of Cybersecurity system auditing and monitoring experience (to include Inspector General inspection and Command Cyber Readiness Inspection criteria).
  • Experience with the Navy's ACAS system and Navy's VRAM.
  • MUST be a US Citizen.
  • Must have active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Desired Qualifications
  • Minimum of experience with DoD or DoN cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Experience managing DoD Cybersecurity Program requirements and deliverables.
  • Knowledge of HBSS, Firewall, IDS, and IPS.
Education and Certifications
  • BS in engineering, computer science or other technical discipline.
