Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the exploration, development, testing, and assessment of innovative technologies for potential integration into existing and upcoming projects to meet mission objectives based on thorough business case evaluations (e.g., cloud computing solutions or Big Data analytics). Responsibilities may encompass but are not limited to:

Infrastructure advancements

Strategic innovations

  • Facilitate methodologies that promote the swift deployment of capabilities developed externally, including the establishment of a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) framework and a systematic, repeatable, secure, and efficient delivery of capabilities to production settings.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based, DevSecOps architecture across all system tiers
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience performing Analysis of Alternatives and other analytical studies
  • Familiarity with current cloud PaaS, IaaS, SaaS offerings, including MS Azure and AWS GovCloud services
  • Possession of a current U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience supporting the Navy or other Department of Defense environments, including both shore and afloat systems

Certifications

  • IAT II

Compensation

Salary range is $116,500-$163,000, commensurate with experience.
