About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Realtime Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned geographic territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving revenue and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Visit client locations regularly to identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve revenue and sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Develop New Business: Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Work in Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Travel and Negotiation: Travel to remote areas of the territory to meet with clients and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and negotiate with clients to meet sales and business objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist the finance team with agents in collection efforts and provide financial analysis to support sales and business decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Possess a high level of technical aptitude with PCs, computer hardware, and standard peripheral devices to troubleshoot issues for retail stores.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Review monthly activities with authorized agents and identify opportunities to increase business and revenues. Document information in the customer relationship management system (CRM).
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience in outside sales, demonstrating adequate territory management with a proven positive record of success.
  • Preferred Background: Preferred background in sales and business development, with experience working with wireless carriers or other monthly billed service providers.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills while maintaining high business acumen.
  • Self-Starter: Be a self-starter, able to work under pressure, and thrive in a challenging dynamic team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible to learn new products and assist during product launches.
  • Reliability: Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Location: Based in or around the Houston area.
