Maintenance Supervisor at First Quality

First Quality, a globally recognized privately owned enterprise, is in search of a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at its facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures adherence to industry regulations (GMP, FDA, ISO)
  • Oversees maintenance work orders and establishes performance objectives
  • Organizes daily maintenance activities
  • Provides leadership and resources for off-shift operations
  • Promotes safety best practices and ongoing enhancements
  • Facilitates collaboration across departments
  • Manages the maintenance of assets and cleanliness programs
  • Aids in diagnosing machinery and equipment issues
  • Supports production line transitions and operational improvement initiatives
  • Coordinates and facilitates skills development training
  • Gathers maintenance performance metrics and prepares reports

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of post-secondary education (preferred)
  • A minimum of five years of maintenance experience (preferred)
  • At least two years in a supervisory capacity
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Strong communication, computer, and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
