Job Overview:


We are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Department. This role is vital in ensuring that our hotel maintains its high standards of service and comfort for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:


The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:

  1. Addressing and completing all maintenance requests related to guest accommodations, event spaces, dining areas, and public facilities.
  2. Performing routine inspections and repairs on various systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
  3. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment, promptly reporting any equipment issues to the Supervisor.
  4. Exhibiting strong communication skills and providing excellent customer service during guest interactions.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • The ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, pull, and bend while performing maintenance tasks.
  • A foundational knowledge of building mechanical systems and a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards guest service.
