We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Seelbach Hilton. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including checking in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage guest accounts, including handling payments, processing charges, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
- Prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
