Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Seelbach Hilton. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest registrations, including checking in and out, and handling any issues that may arise during the stay.
  • Use a computer system to access and update guest information, and to perform various administrative tasks.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
  • Perform various tasks related to guest services, including providing information and directions, and handling guest requests and concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
