Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments of client needs.
  • Empower clients through effective coaching techniques.
  • Implement the Financial Social Work Curriculum.
  • Develop holistic service plans tailored to individual client circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct detailed evaluations of client situations.
  • Participate in ongoing financial training to stay informed about resources and trends.
  • Utilize a coaching approach to inspire and motivate clients towards their financial goals.
  • Guide clients in identifying their aspirations and the necessary steps to achieve them.
  • Apply financial literacy and budgeting strategies through the Social Work Curriculum.
  • Regularly meet with clients to track their progress and adjust goals as needed.
  • Become proficient in credit repair and debt management to better assist clients.
  • Engage with clients in various community settings.
  • Collaborate with team members during scheduled meetings.
  • Educate clients on effective savings strategies.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community resources to support client needs.
  • Work alongside financial specialists to identify suitable products for clients.
  • Provide ongoing financial coaching to clients facing challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and financial institutions.
  • Engage in comprehensive service planning with resource specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and quality assurance standards.
  • Advocate for clients to help them achieve financial independence.
  • Document all client communications and data in the designated online system.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required (Master's degree and/or clinical experience is preferred).
  • Experience in case management with a strong commitment to client advocacy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
