At Lockheed Martin Corporation, we are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of a Staff Finance Analyst. This position is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of ADP Program Finance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
This role encompasses a variety of program finance functions, including:
1. Establishing and managing Performance Measurement Baselines independently.
2. Conducting thorough analysis and reconciliation of actual costs.
3. Developing Estimates at Complete (EAC) and performing Earned Value analysis, along with determining suitable Earned Value techniques.
4. Executing variance analysis utilizing various enterprise toolsets.
The selected candidate will also engage in comprehensive financial cost analyses, which include:
- Cost allocation and cost control.
- Preparation of reports and contractual deliverables.
- Assisting in the formulation and documentation of corrective action plans.
- Preparing detailed analyses for presentation to leadership at various levels.
Qualifications:
A level 4 employee typically possesses several years of professional experience. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and will be required to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts.
- Experience in financial analysis.
Desired Skills:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Familiarity with SAP and Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
- Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
- Strong data analysis skills, including self-developed queries.
- Familiarity with cost systems like Deltek Cobra.
High interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other finance personnel across various locations. Candidates should be adept at transforming raw data into concise management reports and have experience with formal CPR/IPMR Reporting.
Security Clearance:
This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.
Work Environment:
This role will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. We support various work schedules that provide flexibility to our employees, including condensed schedules for additional time away from the office.
