About the Role:

We seek self-motivated and driven Sales and Design Consultants to meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in our custom products and services. As a member of our Middle Tennessee team, you will provide expert design advice, take measurements, and guide clients from consultation to professional installation. Your goal is to deliver exceptional, interactive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with pre-screened and pre-scheduled leads to discuss custom solutions
  • Provide expert design advice and take measurements for closet systems, cabinetry, and other storage solutions
  • Guide clients through the sales process from consultation to installation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (in-home sales consultations a plus)
  • A good driving record and ability to pass a full background check
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for home decor
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects and clients

Compensation Package:

Salary range: $60,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
