Job Summary:

As a Kitchen Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment, and supporting the dish room during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all kitchen floors, coolers, and bakery and service area floors are swept and mopped regularly.
  2. Clean all equipment in the kitchen, coolers, bakery, and service areas.
  3. Support the dish room during busy periods.
  4. Empty all trash cans and wipe down dining room tables.
  5. Follow the cleaning schedule provided by management and use clean as you go techniques.
  6. Assist with catering deliveries and pick-ups.
  7. Maintain an open line of communication with management and inform them of products and supplies needed.
  8. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
  9. Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
  10. Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
