Role Overview:
The Account Coordinator is tasked with enhancing the number of active subscribers and product adoption within designated multi-dwelling units by promoting and selling Blue Stream products, including video, high-speed Internet, and voice services. This role involves building robust relationships with property management to facilitate the sale and retention of our offerings, while providing ongoing sales support to assigned properties. The Coordinator will leverage their expertise in Blue Stream's products and sales processes to optimize results, working with moderate guidance in their area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Bulk Checklist and Ops SharePoint with implementation timelines, onsite hours, and contact details.
- Submit marketing requests for promotional materials throughout the launch phase, including Town Hall Flyers, Welcome Letters, Post Cards, Service & Price Guides, and Certified Letters.
- Collaborate with Billing and MIS teams to validate billing codes.
- Participate in all property meetings, including board meetings and town halls.
- Conduct training sessions on Blue Stream products and services during the installation phase to familiarize residents with our offerings.
- Be present onsite throughout the project launch, starting from registrations to installation scheduling.
- Assist residents with inquiries regarding Blue Stream products, pricing, and phone number porting.
- Address escalated customer and onsite subscriber concerns.
- Create orders using the ICOMS billing system for appointments and account updates.
- Utilize data entry systems to register new clients for bulk community services.
- Inform residents about additional options beyond the bulk agreement to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Transition project launches or conversions to regular operations and account management as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or two years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Focus on customer needs, fostering productive relationships.
- Ability to identify and analyze issues, utilizing effective problem-solving approaches.
- Skilled in managing interpersonal dynamics in challenging situations.
- Ability to establish efficient work processes to meet deadlines.
- Maintain performance under pressure, handling stress appropriately.
- Possess and continuously develop the technical expertise necessary for effective job performance.
