Job Summary

AGC Heat Transfer, Inc. is seeking a skilled Assembly Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including material handling, hydraulic press operation, and quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial equipment, including overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts
  • Perform quality inspections of new and customer plates
  • Apply rubber gaskets to new and customer plates
  • Accurately count and record parts and equipment
  • Prepare plate packs/gaskets for shipping
  • Participate in continuous safety and production improvement efforts
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with hydraulic press operation, machining, or tooling preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Troubleshooting and multitasking skills
  • Ability to follow directions and focus on completing tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
