About the Role

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Collision/Body Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair recreational vehicle equipment and structures, providing detailed documentation of work completed.
  • Customize and repair RVs in accordance with work orders, executing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform body and paint repairs, utilizing expertise in paint and body repair equipment.
  • Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements, maintaining accurate records.
  • Keep supervisors informed of work progress, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Ensure final work products meet quality standards, with inspections conducted by supervisors or designees.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment for customers and coworkers, adhering to safety and hazardous waste procedures.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, meeting company-established performance levels.
Requirements
  • Certification from a college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is highly valued, but applicable work experience is also considered.
  • Minimum of 1 year of service technician experience or related fields is preferred.
  • RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • May be required to lift up to 25 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending are expected.
  • Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment.
  • Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness.
Compensation

The pay range for this role considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $23.10-$50.78 hourly.
