Nuclear Sales Leader

At Baker Hughes Holdings LLC, we're seeking a skilled Nuclear Sales Leader to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships in the North American Consolidated and Masonellian markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls to key nuclear sites and industry influence centers to promote OEM parts sales and product upgrades.
- Collaborate with supporting functions to resolve technical and business problems in the balanced interest of Baker Hughes and the nuclear customer.
- Provide liaison between Nuclear Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Engineering to resolve product field issues.
- Develop a robust sales opportunity pipeline for direct and channel accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner regarding order processing, acknowledgments, purchase order amendments, and alteration notifications.
- Clearly define and communicate customer problems.
- Develop and maintain a customer preference relationship toward Baker Hughes.
- Monitor special programs and coordinate internally and externally with the customer.
- Screen and analyze customer order practices to align with pricing policies.
About You:
- You have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of experience in sales, customer & product support, marketing, and/or services).
- You have at least 5 years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service - ideally in the nuclear industry.
