VP of Sales and Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled VP of Sales and Marketing to join our team at BB Imaging & Healthcare Consulting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute sales and marketing plans that align with company-wide objectives and drive brand presence in key markets.
- Closing New Business: Target, qualify, and close deals in our target markets.
- Lead and Mentor Teams: Act as a hands-on leader, fostering a high-performance culture while guiding and growing the sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the VP of Marketing to execute marketing tactics, create sales collateral, and align strategies with key markets.
- Drive Key Initiatives: Lead execution of 2025 Sales and Marketing initiatives to ensure sustainable growth, customer diversification, and service excellence.
- Expand Market Presence: Strengthen our footprint in key markets, including Austin, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Kansas City, Nashville, and West Florida.
- Negotiate and Align: Assist in contract negotiation and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Enhance Customer Success: Oversee customer success teams to deliver exceptional service and retention.
- Optimize Sales Processes: Utilize data-driven insights and sales forecasts to continually improve sales processes and CRM accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with the Operations, Finance, and People & Culture teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Financial Accountability: Manage the sales and marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, managing a team of at least 5 people.
- 5+ years' experience in sales within healthcare services industries.
- Bachelor's degree in business management/development (required); Master's degree (preferred).
- Solution-selling expertise with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled at building new client relationships, developing new and existing territory pipelines, and navigating complex healthcare systems.
- Strong problem-solver who can craft and present solutions to clients.
- Comfortable with senior executive-level presentations and negotiations.
- Willing to travel to key markets (Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Atlanta, Nashville, and West Florida).
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A self-motivated leader with a detail-oriented, execution-focused approach.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.
