Healthcare Management Specialist

As a Healthcare Management Specialist with TotalMed, you will play a critical role in facilitating appropriate healthcare treatment, effectively managing healthcare costs, and improving healthcare program/operational efficiency involving clinical issues. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the needs of individuals and families, including their physical, emotional, financial, and social circumstances
Engage in preventive efforts to promote health and wellness within communities
Connect clients with community resources and support services that can address their social and economic needs
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
Advocate for clients within the healthcare system
Requirements
RN with current unrestricted Virginia state licensure
3-5 years clinical experience
1 year Managed Care experience, Case Management experience in an integrated model
Bilingual
Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing
