Plumbing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our maintenance team at Real Property Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general plumbing skills, including but not limited to, changing or repairing faucets, drains, toilets, and water heaters.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work with all types of piping material, including PEX, Quest, PVC, and copper. They will also be able to perform tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and maintain the established customer service standards for both owners and residents.
Key responsibilities of the Residential Plumbing Technician will include:
- Performing work in a timely manner and providing exceptional quality of work
- Maintaining the established customer service standards for both owners and residents
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience with plumbing or suitable experience in residential repairs
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
