Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Administrator to lead our clinical program and provide overall direction for all professional and support personnel within the treatment center.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with experience in managing high clinical intensity residential treatment programs, overseeing business offices, and developing organizational budgets.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with local, regional, and national government agencies and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of healthcare administration and health program design and functions
  • Provide inpatient substance abuse and alcohol treatment to youth
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage facility management, facility licensure, budget, procurement issues
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service
  • Experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on clinical program management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with government agencies and schools
