About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team at ChampionX Corporation. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in executing our regional sales strategy and driving top-line revenue objectives for our Spirit Automation products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the sale of our Spirit product line by developing business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key strategic end-customers.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships between our company and end-customers through the management of sales processes, negotiation of contracts, and ongoing technical support relationships.
  • Manage sales forecasts and provide visibility to senior management for better business execution.
  • Responsible for creating and delivering compelling sales presentations.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of automation and software trends, as well as business market trends.
  • Perform long-range planning and serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, translating into sales growth for long-term results and achievement of assigned sales targets.
  • Effectively utilize sales tools (Salesforce) and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process.
Requirements
  • 5 years of sales experience within the oil and gas industry, preferably in artificial lift technology.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in outside sales experience in the Oil & Gas segment, preferably in software sales.
