ARCOS Inventory Management Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated professional to join our Distribution Center team as an ARCOS Inventory Management Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring that all inventory records related to ARCOS are accurately maintained and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and document all inventory records associated with ARCOS.
  • Ensure that all controlled substance documentation is accounted for on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, including necessary follow-ups with suppliers and internal partners.
  • Monitor inventory transactions for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies based on communications with internal and external customers.
  • Oversee quarantine inventory and collaborate with the Product Safety Review Team to manage any suspect or fraudulent products.
  • Address customer inquiries and requests, including complaints, returns, product availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with colleagues, management, vendors, and clients.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to various personalities and situations.
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to quality.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Experience in auditing transactions at a detailed level.
  • Knowledge of DEA regulations concerning controlled substances.
  • Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Physical Demands:

This position involves general office demands and may require extended hours as necessary. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and will undergo background checks and controlled substance testing as part of the hiring process.
